Support and Changes Plan

For clients who prefer we manage ongoing changes, the Support and Changes Plan is available with any engagement tier. Each plan includes a defined block of time per month for content edits, image updates, and small adjustments, plus priority response times. Pricing scales with anticipated volume. We recommend a tier during your discovery call.

Common questions

What if our project does not fit one of the published tiers?
The Custom Build engagement covers projects that fall outside our standard tiers. We begin with a thirty-minute scoping call and deliver a written, fixed-fee proposal. Engagement is at your discretion, with no obligation.
Are there ongoing fees?
Recurring costs depend on the engagement and the tooling involved. We discuss any ongoing fees during the discovery call and capture them in the written scope of work, so they are agreed before kickoff rather than surfacing later. The Support and Changes Plan is one example, available with any tier for clients who prefer we manage post-launch updates.
What does an engagement look like, end to end?

Every engagement follows the same six-step path:

  • Complimentary thirty-minute discovery call
  • Written scope of work and fixed-fee quote
  • Fifty percent deposit and kickoff
  • Build and quality assurance within the agreed timeline
  • Final fifty percent invoiced at launch
  • Optional Support and Changes Plan for ongoing maintenance
Who provides the content?
Clients provide the source material, including draft text, photography, branding assets, and any existing collateral. The Standard tier includes editorial polish and image refinement. The Starter tier assumes content is delivered close to final form. We are not a full-service copywriting agency, though we will edit and refine the material you provide.
Will our team be able to update the site after launch?
Yes, with the Standard tier. The engagement includes a content dashboard for editing copy, replacing images, and publishing new pages, alongside a brief training session at handover. The Starter tier is built for lower-maintenance use cases and does not include the dashboard. The Support and Changes Plan is available with either tier for clients who prefer we manage updates.
Do you take on integration or automation engagements?
Yes. Integration and automation engagements are scoped under the Custom Build tier and serve teams that have outgrown off-the-shelf tooling. Typical work includes cross-system integrations, approval and review workflows, and replacing manual handoffs with reliable, monitored systems. Schedule a scoping call to discuss your requirements.
